Welcome to the world, beautiful Babette. I could say so many things about this session. One thing I keep going back to is how much love radiated through the air during the entire session. And it's not just a coincidence that tomorrow is Valentine's Day! (Shhh...Babette was born in January, but I couldn't think of a better time to share this with you! ❤️)This is Babette and her lovely, beautiful parents. She was the tiniest lil' babe I've ever photographed. At just over 6 lbs, she was nothing but a dream to capture. Her parents were smitten and every moment of this session was pure love at it's finest.Babette's daddy would stroke her head and she couldn't stop smiling. This went on for at least 10 straight minutes, and I couldn't help but sit there and let them soak up the entire moment. Keep scrolling and you'll see that little smile!This. ❤️❤️❤️Each session I come prepared to use whatever sentimental items the family has. In this case, it was a flower crown that Babette's mommy wore when she had her maternity photos done. One of her closest friends who owns a flower business made it for her. She dried and saved the crown so she could wear it when Babette was born.This blanket was also created for Babette by her great grandmother. Unfortunately she passed away before Babette was born, so her grandmother took the time to finish it. Her name couldn't be more fitting for this blanket. I am honored to have been able to capture her in this moment, sleeping so sweetly on this special gift.Joe and Hannah- thank you for choosing me to document your life's new moments!
